reverse starter exchanges, tenants in common exchanges (TICS) and multi-legged
exchange transactions.

Established joint venture investment portfolios for acquisition and management
of residential income properties. Successfully completed several joint venture acquisitions
and sales. Acted as Managing Partner in several residential investments and a condo
